Suntree Internal Medicine contracted my company, Network Media Solutions, to provide a
managed IT service. Because of the size of this client they contracted me full time with the
flexibility to continue servicing my other clients. In this unique relationship I also filled the role of
their office manager starting around February 2012. With a staff of 30+ employees and 5
Providers I am required to manage people and the overall workflow of the office.
I brought their whole facility up to date with their PC’s, tablets, iPads, and servers. I implemented
a Disaster Recovery solution, and performed a server and data migration from a vulnerable and
older system. Overall, I have provided stable and consistent IT support, and have been able to
add value to this medical practice.
Although moved to Redding, CA in August 2012 I still maintain a great relationship with SIM.

software troubleshooting, hardware disassembly, cabling, testing, drilling etc. This was a
franchise stemmed from a New York headquarters. Due to the franchise corporation making

From my past positions it has required me to become very personable with people. Everything I

Personal
I have a beautiful wife and three young boys. I have lived in Florida my whole life, and am now
moving with my family to Redding, California. Being a Husband and Father are the most
important things to me. I love my family, and look forward to the great things ahead of us.
